1 Agreement to Terms

2 Service Disclaimer
Airbookingtravel operates as an independent travel assistance agency. We act as an intermediary between the customer and various airlines. We do not operate flights, own aircraft, or control the inventory of any airline. All reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds are strictly subject to the fare rules, terms, and conditions of the specific airline.
3 Fees and Charges
In addition to the fare and taxes charged by the airline, Airbookingtravel charges service fees for the assistance provided by our live agents. These fees cover the cost of our 24/7 dedicated support infrastructure and the expertise of our staff. All service fees will be clearly communicated to you over the phone prior to finalizing any transaction. Once a transaction is processed, our service fees are generally non-refundable.
- Booking Fees: Applied to new reservations made through our agents.
- Change/Exchange Fees: Applied when altering dates, routes, or times of an existing ticket.
- Cancellation Fees: Applied for processing ticket cancellations and initiating refund requests with the airline.
4 User Representations
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- All information you provide to our agents (including passenger names exactly as they appear on government ID, payment details, and contact info) is true, accurate, current, and complete.
5 Refunds and Cancellations
Refund policies are dictated entirely by the airline's specific fare rules. Many discounted fares are strictly non-refundable. If your ticket is eligible for a refund, the process will be initiated upon your request, subject to airline penalties and our cancellation service fee. Refunds typically take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement depending on the airline and your bank.
